Tapping has begun!

This year, the Mapleland Farms team will be tappingĀ over 17,000 trees on 600+ acres of sugarbush. That amounts to over 70 miles of pipeline. The lines lead to three main pump stations where we gather the sap in one of our two tanker trucks and haul to the sugarhouse for processing into syrup.

Mark your calendars now and plan to join us for one of our six all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. each day. Open house continues with tours and tastings through 4 p.m. each day. Call to schedule sugarhouse visits weekdays during the season or for private tours and events anytime throughout the year.
