All on-line syrup orders are filled with Grade A Amber Color & Rich Taste pure maple syrup unless specified otherwise (use comments box on the checkout page). Other grades of pure maple syrup available:

Grade A Golden Color & Delicate Taste (sometimes called Fancy)

Grade A Dark Color & Robust Taste

Grade A Very Dark Color & Strong Taste (formerly known as Grade B for Cooking)

There is no price difference between Amber and these other grades. But there is a taste difference– the darker the syrup, the stronger the maple flavor.
